Hi I am new to this blog...Bought viola and under the S&P agreement, it said that the house must be built accordingly to Second schedule i.e it is the floor plan. My is 22x80 and in the floor plan, it mentioned 6706 x 14475 (build up). So i think we are protected..
You thought please...

Hi I am new to this forum and I bought Viola. I went to Spira and saw that there is fencing all around Spira. In my opinion, this is good. I am not sure whether the bricks anti-climb wall is better than fencing...In my opinion, it depends on the guard....i.e. how many times the guards do their rounds at night..so if it is a fencing, the guards can see what is happening outside...easy to detect what is going outside...anyway, this is just my opinion...no right or wrong answer...

Thanks Roger for the updated infor...I have checked the second schedule of the S&P and noted that the driveway and car porch is about 27.5 ft. So if the pillars are at the side, i think we can park two cars. As for the staircase, i saw that there is a store room under it. In my opinion, the living room of 12.5 ft is still ok for me. I am staying in a house of 20x70 (basic) and my living and dining are about 15ft. This is because there is no store room under the staircase. The staircase is straight up to second floor as compared to Viola wide and big...i will view it myself when I am free next week...
