Ya I agree please tell where can I get a less than 400k klang valley house that has the followings:

1. strategic location (in between kesas and federal highway)
2. easy entry and exit
3. gated (WITH ANTICLIMB fencing) and guarded
4. Freehold
5. completed (no risk of abandon project)
6. Early phase project (more phases to be launched later..meaning faster appreciation..for comparison I&P alam impian houses has been launched at +40k for every new launch..around 4 months between launches)
7. new house
8. Landed

Do share as I want  to invest in that area also... I am not being sarcastic...I really want to know if there is such development.....sharing is caring!

if price go up up up then consider as investment lo~~unpredictable.

investment should go for Condo in the prime area......

mine type C, not sure yet want to stay or keep it first as its quite far from my working place (but near wifey's work place haha)...you are the guy who bought symphony hills unit also right..very rich la u! 

i think facing west is ok...sometimes evening heat is just overrated ehehe ...proper roof heat insulation should do the trick

- minor water seepage on one of the window frames in master bedroom / look for signs of green mole/algae
- laminate floor finishing around one of the door frames / misaligned
- and rusty iron gates

According to the lawyer either this week or next week. I'm also quite pissed about this since I want to withdraw my epf and I need the spa being stamped. I don't know it takes so long for the developer to sign the spa.

Hello so tomorrow the launching of Viola Alam Impian..to those who want some info here are some that i can share:

1) i think the SPA for Viola complete already since they said the lawyer has signed already. Maybe purchaser can sign it tomorrow.
2) Viola expected completion around end of next year and i believe purchaser can only come in early 2012 ---> end of the world 
3) although you guys claims Viola design is modern bla2..in fact its was designed 4 years ago.
4) Viola in our code is phase 1b. Phase 1c - Spira. Phase 1A and Phase 1D(not constructed yet) also designed 4 years ago. however, i heard they are undergoing design improvement exercise. I believe the design much2 better.
5) For investment, honestly i dont think this is a good choice. Too deep inside. However the commercial area and bungalows lots are currently in design stage. i believe if there are nothing happen it will be completed around 2015.
6) from History perspective, Viola intended for high end terrace housing ( 4 years back).. however it has undergo downgrade process (just the finishes and accessories) last 2 year..however mid this year TTDI want to improve the design.So they pump in huge budget just to make it beautiful.
7) Those Perspective at TTDI page just a bluff..especially the playground..haha
8) dont get fooled by the size of the house. some of the smaller corner unit has bigger land area..good for landscape and expansion..
9) I believe those TTDI GM, Directors and staff has booked a lot of corner unit..they aim for type D3..i'm not sure how much left..if you ask me i would by type C or D1..their bathrooms are much2 bigger..
10) there are garden in your master bathroom..info
11) The sanitary wares quite decent. i carefully picked a good one for you guys..make sure to belanje me..hehe...
12) For the next 2-3 years these 2 sites (spira + viola) will be bath with dust since major construction will be going nearby..
14) For those who going to TTDI office tmorrow, when you see the model of the house, the colour of the house is not like that. i've proposed 2 new scheme but TTDI still not picked the one they like the most.
15) I dont know what to share anymore. hehe..anything just ask..just to let you guys know this house is not my design..so dont complain to me about the design..i'm just make sure the house completed properly..thats all..the fella that design this is our ex-staff..and she really give me a hard time to repair her design mistake..hurgegegea!@!$!#$!#%$^&%

As a Spira owner, I'm glad that Viola is not that superior to Spira. Can you shed light on the development plan of TTDI AI? From what you said about bathe with dust for 2 years, I guess phase 1D, which is in front of Spira, will be constructed from 2011? Then, the construction of banglow & commercials will start in 2012-13 in order to complete in 2015. Is it close enough to the real schedule?

This means that the 90-day late disbursement penalty free period for you will be starting from 3 dec right? Not 20 Nov right?

I guess Msian are rich (probably except me) as people lined up 2 days before it launched (of course getting runners) and they're buying houses like buying vege in some market or so...

what with the craze?

I called their sales person on Friday when a lady pick up the phone and said they only accept Bank Draft, i didn't know that they also accept credit card when i call again today another sales person pick-up (a guy). He also said that for Viola Type A only left 1 unit (when i called they are still people on queue) so now Type A is no more. Very frustrated. If i know they do accept credit card, i would queue since 1 AM in the morning.

Anyone willing to let go their Viola Type A to me? (My number is 0122345048 - Mohd).

I was there too but didn't buy queue number exceed 90+ by the time I reached.

Really surprised by the hot demand. Saw those precious chairs where some bros here queued since last nite. Admire their strong will.

I managed to scrap for Type A as it is more cash friendly towards my wallet... and i guess I've seen most of the forumers today at the sales gallery... haha..

now can only hope this alam impian flourish in couple of years time....

collected stamped SPA on fri evening and successfully applied EPF withdrawal on sat morning. my loan lawyer not working on sat, so have to sign the loan agreement on next week. everything consider go smoothly.
BTW today i went to SPIRA and noticed the are building the anti-climb fence. they are setting up the febce iron rods with 6ft height. pls see the photo

For 10% payment, I think most of us paid it in November & we just got our signed S&P from TTDI lawyer. Have you signed your S&P with TtDi lawyer? Got your signed S&P back? then you have nothing to worry.
That the stage most of Spira owners are in now.
