Let me relate my experience...

I've been to the sales office bout 2 weeks ago, and got to know Syed. Myself & my aunty is interested, and we plan to get two houses. However, there is still no available units then & Syed did mentioned to me that I can wait for those backout buyer (those can't get loan). He also promised to call me if there's any available units.

After a few days, Syed called me & informed me that there's 3 units available! One corner lot (1st house), another two intermediate units are also in the same row. My aunty is interested in the corner lot & I like the intermediate unit as it is facing the gardens, but we need some time to finalise the decision & get the bank draft ready. So Syed agreed to keep these units for us till the next day.

I've called the sales office the next day to confirm & inform them that I'll be there after work to make the payment. I rushed there directly from Shah Alam after work. Sadly, as I'm approching the Batu Tiga Toll, Syed called and inform me of a bad news. The unit that I wanted was sold!!!!! He do apologise and explained that this is an emergency management decision. Honestly I'm a bit dissappointed, but this is what we usually meant as 1st come 1st serve!

After two days, Syed called me again & informed me that there is another 2 better & bigger units available (which was released by their directors). Without 2nd thoughts, I rushed there for the payment as I do not want the tragic to happen again..

When I'm at the sales office, Syed do apologise again for what happend the other day. According to him, there's someone making a big fuss at the office the other day, that is why their manager actually let the man have my reserved unit.

Come to think about it, I really have to say thank you to the man who took my unit the other day. As the current unit (released by one of the director by the name of ....SM ...) that I bought is bigger and I really like it! Maybe this is what we called by blessing in disguise.

hi jeff, please be informed 40% of the Spira's unit eventually been booked by their directors in the first place without need to pay a single cent...
so when it's coming to the end of the completion, they just let go the units whereby they still can book for the new coming phases...

They have shown me the booking form & system report and confirm is from one of the director which was booked earlier...
I still remember the name of the director but I can't name it...

"Bigger" & "Better" as in I get the bigger built-up at the same time still facing the garden & a tad more privacy than the first unit that I want...

yes... i just got my loan approved 90% but now waiting for Loan Documentation to be signed. somemore S&P not yet sign by the director..

welcome neighbours...! I'm still waiting for S&P stamping from developer in order for me to proceed with my loan documentation. It's takes 3 months now just for the director signature....

I've just signed Loan Agreement today, don't know when my bank will disburse the money.... My unit is @121 as well...
