All anti-climb fencing are ready but the guard house is still incomplete. I just don't understand why it took so long to complete this small structure! yea.. this is what they told me last week. I can say they are not able to release the key on this saturday. unless for those who paid by cash. I heard spira got 1 already got the key who had paid by cash. they are really lack of efficiency. Even sending a bank redemption statement to my lawyer also need to take 1 week.  Happy to heard the guards are strict  |

If you intend to request for grace period, recommended to write your letter of appeal officially, they will reply to you officially as well. I believe they will treat this on case to case basis. Mohd Zulkifly Abu Hassan is handling this case. |

naza ttdi is opening their show offices in ttdi alam impian. massive landscaping is on the works. i hope they mean business!

however I do not think the keys handover to be made soon. the guard told me they will only clean the houses this month.
But yeah, I am very pleased they use the card system. We are going towards 2020 whut hehe.

This is a good system to ensure visitors have to register at guardhouse, the other benefit is to de-activate access card for those residence who has long overdue security fees. I hv been staying at G & G area for the last 4 yrs, the common problem is damaged of boom gate by inconsiderate motorist! |

You bought a Spira house and hasn't even got your loan approved yet. Why can't others be like you? There are so many things you don't know about Spira and their buyers. We signed SPA in Nov regardless of when you bought. |
