last 3 months I went to Sephira/Aquina construction site. No work done at 3 months ago (July).

it's normal if has not been contacted by the bank to start paying. Because first payment is not issued by bank yet. smile.gif

i dunno if thats lucky. when u pay for completed units atleast u r paying the principal of the loan as well. not just the interest.

depends on whether i can get loan for another house. if not i need to cash out. troublesome when u change jobs.

Kindergarten will be open soon IN Spira.. saw 1 conrner unit has been painted with Yellow colour (Right hand side from entering guard post) whistling.gif

dont mind the kindie but why of all colour yellow??? is it even allowed? no longer standardised; now the housing area dont look tht up scale any more sad.gif

im shocked and angry with the kindie approval. i may not be living there at the moment but surely need some approval by the MBSA or the RA first right? dont tell me it's on JPA 120 house number 1.

Yeah, not too good to have one house painted funny colour and spoil the overall 'look' of the garden. Can Mr Naing advise us whether kindies can be set up here?
