What makes you say viola's keys are out? Went there a week ago n they havent even fitted the bathrooms yet !!

Thought 1B was Viola? Though it's interesting to see on iProp that there is a subsale for Viola already ...

1B is viola but the earliest someone could get the key for viola is next year. Some sell their house before VP. It could be done.

I am definitely interested and willing to share the cost even though mosquitoes are not the big problem for me. But I am not sure about other Spira owners. If everyone who stays in Spira is willing to get involved, then it will cost us only RM 10-20/each fogging.

Hi all. Would like to know how much is the rental rate for spira?could it be same once viola is make available later?

it might be lower since there will be more units and more owners to throw price. I think the rental upside will be limited until more facilities come online and TTDI actually opens the other side of the road.

I'm the same...hopefully to move in spira by beginning Nov..by then,pls count me in.

Heard from the real estate person that someone looking to rent a place to open a kindergarten in Spira in Oct. Is it true?

i just noticed a switch (large with a indicator light similar to air cond switches) in the upstairs hall in Spira. Does anyone what is that switch connected to (considering there is no air-con point in that area)?
