Subsale for D'sara Mutiara and USJ Heights for 25' frontage is >1.2milwe shall see in 5 years time. if the recession hits, definitely price will fall. but this is landed. it's scarce in KV. so just keep the houses.
as for contstruction, fingers crossed it wont be hurt. it's InP anyway. but launches might slow down. |
