Hi Jenn... weather is quite dry in AI too but air quality is quite good and no smell at all. Air is very fresh. That's one good thing about living in the area far away from crowded areas. smile.gif

Thanks Roger for the updated infor...I have checked the second schedule of the S&P and noted that the driveway and car porch is about 27.5 ft. So if the pillars are at the side, i think we can park two cars.

As for the staircase, i saw that there is a store room under it. In my opinion, the living room of 12.5 ft is still ok for me. I am staying in a house of 20x70 (basic) and my living and dining are about 15ft. This is because there is no store room under the staircase. The staircase is straight up to second floor as compared to Viola wide and big...i will view it myself when I am free next week...

Anyway, the second floor living room and master room are big and this is good for me..I am happy...thanks

I guess the lenght is still ok, what i can't accept is the wide stairs which eats into the living room. They could have given a whole 2 feet if the stairs were a little narrower !!

a 4ft + 4ft staircase would have been sufficient n we would be having a 14ft wide living room. I have a big family n loads of frens n they like to visit often, a bigger place would hv made it a little bit comfy. Oh well, cant do anything much now.

Hmm, guess the conditions will improve and the mozzies go away when more of the surrounding gets cleared hopefully. Maybe gotta do more of the fogging stuff?

Actually through my personal experience, there has to be a 'strategic' & effective way to do fogging. I was part of the RA in my area who helped organized the fogging by local authorities and was told about how the negative side effect & impact that will happened if it was not done in proper way. The purpose of fogging is actually to destroy the larvae of the mosquito. We were also advice not to engage those third party fogger's because most of them is not well versed with what they are doing and may cause problems later. One more thing is getting these local authorities to help us out is really a hassle and sad to say we had around 3-4 dengue cases 'weekly' that caught their attention & pressure from the ADUN. Anyway I always agree a proper third party fogger can be engaged only if they are well briefed and supervised by experienced people. smile.gif

A few months ago, someone from Spira proposed to do fogging in Spira and even got the quotation but nobody showed any interest at that time.
Anyway, it seems like there are a lot of mosquitoes between 5-7 pm but less mosquitoes after 7 pm. Don't know why...

Hard to say since Spira has so many types of houses and it could vary from 550k-950k. For intermediate, the launch prices was between 430k-550k.

for a 700k unit in spira, does that mean buyer have to fork out
70 (10%) + 10 (lawyer buyer) + 10 (lawyer seller) + 15 (mot) = 105k?

Why buyer needs to pay for seller's lawyer fee?

I guess it will be 70k(10%)+ 10k (S&P lawyer fees)+15k(MOT) = 95k in cash.
For lawyer fees 10k for the loan will be absorbed in the loan from the bank.
