whose house is No.23, jalan panglima awang 35/120? Apparently TS use your house as camping, slowing down the works on your house on purpose so that they can camp

Hope I'm not being bz body as I might become of the residents of Spira, IF everything goes smooth this Saturday. I do hope that there will be a strong RA to take care of the neighborhood. Sad to say, some developer do not care about this kinda crooks, unless there are someone important staying in that area. Anyway I will follow this thread closely and do hope to hear some good news.

yesterday my husband went to TTDI office to send the keys and the house defect form, spoken to Encik Yusoff about the TS issues and he replied my email as follows:

"We acknowledge receipt of your complaint defects form and the keys. As for the contractor issue, I will highlight to our Property Management department and will ask them to investigate this issue".

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards

Mohd Yusof

Hope not "janji manis" only..

It must be accessible coz SYABAS need to read the meter and also to lock it if there is outstanding payment. I didnt notice also the meter is in the house last time i went to visit the place...

But actually the original meter pipe area also accessible by syabas. it is open compartment without any door or locker. now it is looks quite ulgy after it moved out.

aiseh, they have to move the meter outside the compound eh? Accessibility, I don't think there will be any problem. They can check the meter, but probably have to duck / bend down a bit more to see the counter, since part of the structure might block their view.

My opnion only.

I saw the same design in I&P Alam Impian... no problem also... some ppl even made a grille to cover the meter pipe.

Now no need to worry above meter theft coz it's replaced by "meter plastik"

I never like any of them.. even the guy  on the motorcycle, wondering around the area looking for prey..

anyway I took them to build a small grille.. I wonder if they have started fabrication..

I went there today, to have a quick look. to my surprise, the main door was WIDE OPEN, and nobody attending the house. I have some stuff inside the house and I wonder maybe somebody went it and curi some already cos I didn't keep a list.

Now I'm giving them warning and maybe I'll ditch them too!
