Selling price from RM500k, I am not sure how much DSL at this area can go... I have also visited Canting, Nukilan, Tinta around I&P areas. Nice also. Wide road, underground cables & drain, spacious car porch etc. But I&P is not gated and guarded |

I went to Alam Impian on Sunday. I&P design and TTDI design really like heaven & earth !  TTDI Spira more like white-grey while I&P like cream & brownish... still a lot of empty land... Why TTDI AI car porch looks quite "cramped"? I know I&P is 22 x 80. Is TTDI also the same? |

I have seen I&P AI, it is quite impressive and workmanship is not bad. the "slanted roof pillars" i was mentioning about was I&P AI. not TTDI AI. i didnt manage to take picture, as it was too bright under the afternoon sun, and my iphone camera wont cut it lol... i'm kinda worried about the developement in the area. as we can see kota kemuning after over 12 yrs, still not fully occupied. many shop houses behind still vacant and empty. however Bkt Rimau doing much better, with international school, hospital, carrefour all ready and running. blessing for KK residents. pray hard AI wont be too far behind =D BTW i am in the construction industry. |
