I & P always come out with very nice design,rm650 888 min price for 24 x 80 (b.u : 2803sqft) intermediate unit..... whooooaah not bad, quiet over priced but good for appreciation at alam impian. went to ttdi office today and saw 5 corner lot units available for viola and the cheapest is rm690k with total land area 4295 sqft.anybody who need extra land can consider this....

Just bump into this thread, currently staying in Putra Heights and quite interested at this Alam Impian.. really need to go have a look..

for employed person dua2 bank ok but for self employed better maybank coz cimb just take 20% of your prorated income. maybank 100% la...

so that mean approval from maybank much easier than cimb?

i think so, maybank approved my case like 3 days only.

mebeng easier, for sure. CIMB fussier, but I think better rate (shhh..)

I just spoken to few contractors out there for my grill & kitchen cabinet.. ask them to drop me a quotation..surprisingly they inform that they can't make it bcoz the TS Contractor already 'pow' the whole area..they even ugut them..sound so scary..

Come on NAZA TTDI people..kindly check on this matter..we are the owner..we have the rights to choose our own contractors..

what pow? I'm hiring threekim. no problem. but i dun like the idea the TS people loitering around the compound and preying on residents.

it's daylight robbery my neighbour kena rm7000+ for the smallest house.

TS only got like 6 to 7. I forfeited the RM10 deposit.

How far inside is Spira from the main roundabout after the toll? 2km?

Maybe you asked the contractors who have business relationship with TS...
I and Jonas hired Three Kim for our grilles and no problem at all. The grilles already installed. And my kitchen cabinet from Unity Design and will be installed next week.

Added on March 28, 2011, 3:38 pm2 km from the first roundabout seem too deep inside at this moment but the main commercial area will be around 1 km from the first roundabout on the way to Spira.
Now I&P is working so hard to leveling the earth in that area. I guess, the launch of commercial section will be starting soon. Once it's started, there will be snowball effect on the price of properties in AI:)

i thought mebeng fussier, that's why i never try mebeng. like my case i submit to 4 banks and CIMB is the fastest one after 3 days i got the LO.

sound serious... i've heard this problem before which happened to my friend at bdr bukit raja (sime properties) but not TS. at last 'pow' story just gone and he brought his own contractor. sometime they 'gempak' only...

i dont think its pow or threaten. its just how they do business. this area is TS's and you can take rest. ini semangat setiakawan. usually chinese contractors do this. they help each other. no problem.

I did ask my contractor too...whether he worry this problem or not. He said...he's ok with it cos I direct look f him,not he goes take customer away fr @#$#@ contractor. Most of case @#@$$ will ask f some fees if want to do biz in their area..End up.. got to go report police station & that @#$#@# contractor ll lost license & black listed. Anyway...it's depend how yr contractor think...want to face it or avoid it.

Added on March 28, 2011, 4:13 pmme too...I tried maybank,publicbank & RHB, Citibank...RHB is fastest bank can approve in 3 days...maybank respond 1 week later....public can't take cos not in contract with TTDI, Citi approved 1 week later. Maybank sales person told me...bcos at that time Gov. just announce about loan 90% f 1st property w/o proper regulation,many bank got to hold all application f a while...that caused them slow respond.

This Sumadi guy from RHB, end financier for this project is damn professional. He said can get can get then he lesap. I called him he said still appealing2 for better rate. then senyap. Nasib baik aku apply Maybank. If not if I wait for him until today lah!

AVOID Sumadi RHB at all cost!
