me too been following this forum for quite sometime..

just would like to know for those who already got their keys, which lawyer are u using?
mine seem mcm lambt saje.... mine haven't got my keys yet!! every week ive been calling this law firm to know what is the loan status whether dah disburse or blm.... seems its gonna b almost 3 mths there will be interest charge towards me kan?

so which law firm those already got their keys use?

I've just signed Loan Agreement today, don't know when my bank will disburse the money.... My unit is @121 as well...

maybank quite fast disbursing the money for my case. maybe latest you can expect 1 week la, if all ok.. my opinion la.

loan agreement was signed on dec lagi!!! last i called they said havent got it from stamping office. after that will sent to bank to disburse.... tension waiting. my loan was approved in aug dowhhh....

so we will be neighbors la nanti...

I use RHB Bank...Fast loan approval, a bit slow disburse but sales person's very helpful....to push bank lawyer. At the end bank paid to TTDI just in time ..no panalty

Ummm...I am quite excited about staying in Spira and thinking about moving in temporarily next week as KeMM is doing these days:) For permanent, probably end of April, I guess. At that time, everything will be ready.

When do you plan to move-in? I just assume that you are getting key soon...

yes...i agreed..I think TTDI project in AI, bring up price in this area....

Really?? I remember almost bought one last year in I&P 24x80 for 570k only!..the BU was 2,900+...the one launched in january also 24x80 was 590k....this new one is smaller 2,800+...the price increase is so steep...

we plan to move as soonest as possible as we get the keys.. but after minor reno la... and also after we have settle down on our kids schooling thing !!

called up the lawyer again... she said they already instruct maybank to disburse juat wait for the pymt. i think she also muak coz every week i chase her...

hope will get the keys latest by this week i guess or next week?? maybe...eager to inspec the hse. this will be our 3rd hse. we sold 2 already huhuhuhu

and hopefully naza will not impose interest for the late disbursement by bank

PFC is having problem with the loan disbursement? this is new to me

jokes aside, i still think u shud chase the bank to disburse the money to developer. im going to do that tomorrow! wish me luck!
