30 HD channels of what? 12Mbps each?...so if they were to deploy what US is doing, you could get 60HD channels in the future lol

8 current HD channel for now, at 8-9mb. If Astro could keep the bitrate as same, that's okay with me.

software version updated...now v2.1s2 dated 11 August....but cannot see wut is the different...maybe could wait sifu's to update...

I wonder if the software update is for personal protection or for customers benefit cos I could not figure anything new !

Maybe to fix problem with PVR like auto-delete

Customer benefit, It's to provide error messages in the planner section to enable better explanations for record failures. To get the update you need to put the B.yond decoder into standby and leave it to perform an auto update.

Juz like i campaigned long ago,,, just change the codec of sd channels to h.264, abis crita..

RTM is using H264, so it does look better while Media Prima TV use MPEG2.
