there's no such thing as a programme logo. there is a channel logo, but removing HD from ESPNHD would confuse you further because 812 and 832 would have the same channel logo

As it is now everyone who follows F1 knows there's no HD source

... there is already a F1 transmission on the SD channel... go watch that, with all the compression and stretching etc.

don't forget continuously paying for all those TV programmes especially latest stuff like Idol, Survivor and especially EPL (could be up to US50 mil for 3 years)

WTF!! what I don;t understand is after all this time, people still equate HD service fee to channels. It's unrelated, you pay rm20 to turn on HD service - if you have no packages that have any HD channels at all and still want to turn on HD, you will still pay rm20

If you really want things done perhaps we should gather a proper bug report with screen captures if possible detailing what we tried to do before the bug happened. No more of this infantile "asstro" whingeing and childish name calling. Then we send the report to TallJustin and he may be able to deal with it in a structured manner.

Now it's like shooting with a scatter gun - make holes anywhere but not hitting the target... add the name calling, it's no surprise Astro ignores us.

Anyone who works in tech support or any service position will agree with me. yelling at support only serves to demotivate them.

why not? you can watch byond on any TV I think... just that older CRTs you won't see the benefit of HD. On the other hand, SD channels still look great on the older TV
