Here's a couple of my replays, both diamond level match
Eilrach(Protoss) vs DVG(Protoss): Tried using Renson's style of proxy gateway, though i'm no where near as proficient, it did work and i manage to marginally beat a diamond player with 400 wins XD http://screplays.com/replays/eilrach/8452
Eilrach(Protoss) vs pootpoot(Zerg): Proxy stargate with zealots doing early pressure, this one was risky, had my opponent found my stargate, I would've lost. http://screplays.com/replays/eilrach/8454
Comments are much appreciated

keep ur unit production constant? if u wanna expand, get sentries to free ur minerals for expo...
Another way is that if he fails to rush you, which means he has lost an entire (or almost an entire) army, which you still have a handful of yours, you should counter immediately without waiting.
best is distract yr opponent in the beginning of the game using yr probe, delay his build for few seconds and then rush him. it makes lots of difference. Requires APM.
guys, what to do when facing ultralisks? mass immortals? had a game with a zerg, guess it was kind of even until he came to me with ultras ... then it was gg as they just raped my ground army with them ...

Immortals with focus fire, or you can always go for VRs
Havent seen any anti baneling discussion; about than half of my army (8/16) was destroyed by 6 banelings burrowed in the ground. Sort of like mines eh?
