A question from me, how is the quality of Mah Sing's 2 storeys house in this area? I have been offered about RM830k for an intermediate 2 storeys unit, do you think the price is reasonable? |

For those who yet to collect the access card and car sticker, pls do so else you would have problem entering the compound. Pls go to the clubhouse to get it by signing a letter and provides your car plate no. and model too.
