There are 5 types of "gated" concept
1) "G+G" with strata title (DMC) (after 2007 strata act)
2) "G+G" with individual title (DMC) (before 2007 strata act)
3) Guarded neighborhood with perimeter fence (DMC with individual title) - can change facade
4) Guarded neighbourhood with perimeter fence (without DMC and individual title) - can change facade
5) Normal Taman but fenced with / without guard (individual title) - can change facade

KR link house - No. 3

2-storey, 2.5-storey & 3-storey are guarded only with perimeter fencing.

semi-d & bungalow are gated & guarded.

Calling all KR purchasers to check-in as liang7524 has established an informal group (outside the forum) called Kinrara Residence United. A Facebook Closed Group to this effect has also been created. Objective is to to safeguard each other's interests prior to VP & also to work closely with Mah Sing/TMS to promote KR to the next level.

Only house that completed before strata act amendment 2007 will fall into category 2
No more in the future

So far, I didn't see anyone stay at junction unit.
Bad things will happen to those stay at road junction. True Story. You can try it, bad luck will come to u within 3 - 4 months.
But most of the units in Kinrara Residence have very good feng shui! biggrin.gif Because Kinrara Residence is surround by mountains, those unit can collect wealth.

developer still got some "unfavorable" double-storey semi-d selling at rm1.75m - rm1.78m because road surface higher than house!!!
