Hi guys,

A question from me, how is the quality of Mah Sing's 2 storeys house in this area? I have been offered about RM830k for an intermediate 2 storeys unit, do you think the price is reasonable?

Hi all,
Finally bought a two storeys in kr. Don't get cheat to go for those 1mil intermediate unit. Last transaction is 900k and valuation can go up to about 930k only. Some banks give around 850k only.

Yes from subsales, not junction unit. anything that face the junction(Intermediate), you should try to get as low as possible. Because it is extremely difficult to resell.

Not true. The problem is that not all agents have units in hand, they just simply put some prices in website like iproperty. You will notice that some "agents" will just post a lot of posts in iproperty but they do not have any units in hand. Just look around. :-) Better go to KR to find the location you want and call the number on the banner.

Calling all KR purchasers to check-in as liang7524 has established an informal group (outside the forum) called Kinrara Residence United (for Link/Terrace owners) & KRU (for Bungalow & Semi-D owners). A Facebook Closed Group to this effect has also been created. Objective is to to safeguard each other's interests prior to VP & also to work closely with Mah Sing/TMS to promote KR to the next level.

Note:
Bungalow & Semi-D are under JMB.
Link/Terrace is under RA.
