If unfavorable units selling at 1.75 then the favorable units should be at least 100k or 200k higher.

I think the agent just want to push down the price to close sell.

If Mah Sing say unfavorable units is worth 1.75m then why you wanna undercut mah sing by selling your good units lower?

I guess what is 'unfavourable' to one man may not be the same to another. I'm sure there are pros and cons.

you're right! but that's how mah sing positions it hence the cheaper price & no takers.

the last standard 2-storey semi-d sold by developer is rm1.87 mil (before discount).

not yet as still quite a number of units have not vp - mah sing is doing partial vp only.

What I know is MS managed to sell most of its 'unfavourable' units at higher price in the last few months despite market price for 'favourable' units was either lower or same. So this speaks something! If you have strong holding power, perhaps wait till full VP.

KR PRO-TEM AND FASA 2A MEETING


Date : 30/6/2013 (Sunday)

Venue : Kinrara Residence Club House (2nd Floor)


ISSUE DISCUSSED : JALAN DAMAI ACCESS

Pro-Tem has at least 5 members turn up for the dialogue, I forsee a long discussion for this issue. During the meeting on 2/6/2013, majority of the KR committee members agree to held a discussion with Fasa 2A RA pertaining to the above matter. I am very surprise Kinrara Residence price is such low !!!! owner call me and told me that the 3 storey wanted to let go at 1.2m ..... zzzzz

what happen to Kinrara residence !!!!

I understand from SA that wef 1 July 2013, prices in Ambrosia will be increased between 3% to 5%. MS sure very "berani", dare to increase price now lo.

correct. mah sing will be increasing price further.

not only mah sing but the whole industry is increaisng prices.

doubt 3-storey is 1.2 mil - just hang in for genuine purchaser as most times it's being driven down by agents to close sale.
