Depends on the pillar to pillar distance.
Anything more than 14 ft is ok but quite difficult to squeeze in 2 Camry. The best is 16.5 ft -18 ft
18ft house shd hv 2 pillars widely open to the parti wall, then the porch is 17ft which is very nice.

Shah alam address...hmm...cheap price with huge land.
Just like kota kemuning, very spacious.

Temasya is not cheap at all. Dun forget Setia Alam is under Shah Alam also

Just to check with Ambrosia purchaser, have any of you released any further payment (after the 10% deposit) to MS?

I had received the next 10% progress payment advise but according to my lawyer, MS has yet to sign and return some docs and as such, lawyer refuse to instruct the bank to release progress payment, worry might kena interest later. sad.gif

Any of you encounter this? please share.......

Temasya is because it is just next to subang jaya/damansara area. And with giant build up also! Every unit looks like a small villa!

Shah Alam has 3 zones, North, Central and South, except the Pusat Bdr Shah Alam (Central), other areas in SA are widely accepted by Chinese already, in Chinese area price can appreciate a lot better.
