Just to check with Ambrosia purchaser, have any of you released any further payment (after the 10% deposit) to MS?
I had received the next 10% progress payment advise but according to my lawyer, MS has yet to sign and return some docs and as such, lawyer refuse to instruct the bank to release progress payment, worry might kena interest later. Any of you encounter this? please share....... |
