Seems like all of them are just about the same, have some advantages this way and then some disadvantage from another way.

simply the best residential enclave in the whole of puchong - undisputed. period.

Be prepared you may encounter a lot of defect problems. As complained by the workers of the contractor, they don't have enough manpower to deal with the defect issue as they are required to oversee many projects (completion stage) in a short period of time.

Think yours very good price. Do they offer any frebees? Like cash discount, free 2 years maintenance fee, etc?

I bought approximate RM490 in Ambrosia with a bit of extra land at the back.
