However how does the price mechanism works? the actual transacted price (value) is derived fr a negotiation between a willing buyer and a willing seller,in short it also means that valuation price is not equal to selling price.
For example, there are 269 units of 3-storey superlink in KR.
If only 1 unit is for sale, then the mkt price could reach 1.5 mil or higher
If only 10 units for sale, then 1.4 mil
If only 50 units for sale, then 1.25-1.3 mil
If 50% of the units for sale, then 1.1 mil
And so on
有價無巿 will happen in many projects soon.
