Hi all. I went to the sales office today n check out the 3 SSD. Is it worth it at 2 mil? Price seems to be slightly on the high side....not many units left though....early buyers bought 3ssd at what price?

to be exact is 2.06 mil. after 8% discount is around 1.9mil.

leasehold 3ssd in bk for 1.9mil sounds abit overprice but i've been looking for 3ssd around puchong area, its either expensive or bad location or old design. mah sing salesperson said still selling well at this price, not many units left. she even said banglow already sold around 50%. she said the only thing slowing down the sales is bank closing water tap.....
