Just called the sales office, selling price for intermediate unit for 3 storeys intermediate starting from 938k. I bought a unit yesterday at 908k. Increased by another 30k.

I wonder if this place wil turn into a ghost town when completed & for the next few years. I don't expect porsh / alphard owners to stay in link houses ..

When these investors hold for appreciation cos rental rates are not feasible in view of its selling price, many lots wil remain empty.

Heard thats what happened to lake edge.

u r right. many lots will be empty initially, but slowly it will be occupied. when they have found buyers (at the right price smile.gif). its normal nowadays when comes to landed property, esp in a hot area.

TDU is about 1 yrs old, there are still about 40% vacant lot. but i think it will be reduced to bout 20% by yr end. bcos everywhere u look, there are reno on-going sad.gif
