So far the forest reserve is declared as 'Hutan Kekal' by the current Selangor gov but if happen that other parties rule then.....???
If for investment with $$ just buy, surely can get good return !!!

For now it's still in the planning stage & no actual show unit available, anyway just register to buy 1st if got $$ coz location wise, it's much better than I&P one just next to main road, very small G&G area with little landscape but plus point is freehold versus leasehold.

So it's worth it for investment wise or own stay......older I&P houses looked dull & outdated.......
Price appreciation would expect to be better on this project althought it's LH.

But for min price of rm600k it's quite steep for ordinary folks, thinking of getting DSL in Tmn Damai Utama instead even poor built quality, expecting return of 40% or more once the Kinrara Residence & LRT extension are complete in 3 years time.

A superlink for rm600k onward is reasonable although it's LH.......view the Desiran by I&P at the Tmn Damai Utama entrance, the smaller house asking for rm650k............the built up is sadly very damn small & might get noisy at night due to the proximity to the main road.
Confused sweet home buyer !!!

Just been there & crowded, informed that pricing not finalised yet & shld be around rm600 - 700k for DSL.......launch date latest by next week or after.
Added on August 15, 2010, 4:56 pmFor those 1st row houses facing north , surau & Mahajaya 5 storey low cost flat will be a concerns.

Those early buyer actually get more discount on the published price, only rm460k for DSL........too bad not grab one or two units then !!!

It's too much for LH DSL selling 700k, no choice but to back off..........booking fee intermediate 30k & corner 50k.......get the cheque ready for booking next Saturday for prospective buyers.

Added on August 25, 2010, 8:18 pmThe newspaper ads came out today stated that DSL's price started from rm600k, 2.5 storey rm700k & 3 storey rm800k.........but MS sales staff said rm700k for DSL...........???
