I think for bumi lot still available. They are not so eager as non bumi.

i hope this kinda situation wont anger our Bumi bro. smtimes we non bumi buy things like piranha but frankly these ones are very expensive for any ordinary joe

no matter what, i would think it is still a good buy. It is gated and guarded. I would say, the price will be appreciate after completion. People
is looking for quality of life. What i mean is, nice environment with club house facilities. Price for 3 storeys link is about 268psf. It is still less than RM 300. I personally think it is still a good buy. It is not cheap though but i like the concept of the township. Well, let's see what will happen in another 2 years. I predicted the price can goes up to 1.2 Million. My calculation psf earlier is based on RM890k. tongue.gif

who told you is gated and guarded? it is non gated and non guarded..only got clubhouse! but the clubhouse everyone can use cause non-gated! good for puchong ppl

This is blatant misrepresentation. Newspaper should be more responsible and held accountable for all these nonsense.

A lot of ppl thought its full gated guarded simply because there is a clubhouse. if they never ask, mah Sing never tell, then its SOLD!

I am very sure it is gated & guarded. It is advertise in the star today and have checked with the developer. I am taking about the 3 storeys
superlinks ya cos the entrance for the 2 storeys & 2 1/2 is different from the 3 storeys. I am a buyer and not from mah sing.

I think constant is not knowledgable in this project and simply post a remark.

It is the best for everyone who would like to know more to visit the sales gallery and find out more or call 012- 2355002. I think it is very iresponsible for people to simply post a remarks without facts finding.

This is the first time i heard people saying CLUB HOUSE OPEN FOR PUBLIC..... It's sound so stupid to me!!!!

Hi afredfx, i have checked with the developer, the 2 storeys & 2/1/2 is also gated and guarded. They are in the midst of building the fencing.
I have trust in mah sing. I think someone is trying to sabotage. No matter how, i would think it is better to seek your own understanding and clarification rather listening or reading remarks from those uncivilize.
