no matter what, i would think it is still a good buy. It is gated and guarded. I would say, the price will be appreciate after completion. People
is looking for quality of life. What i mean is, nice environment with club house facilities. Price for 3 storeys link is about 268psf. It is still less than RM 300. I personally think it is still a good buy. It is not cheap though but i like the concept of the township. Well, let's see what will happen in another 2 years. I predicted the price can goes up to 1.2 Million. My calculation psf earlier is based on RM890k. |
