those 12 people are actually same group of people i guess
all are either foreigners or indians (din stop and check, just passby)

compare to I&P we can see all type of ppl, chinese, malay and indian, 1 malaysia style.

600k for leasehold (MS) compare to 600k for freehold (I&P)
i rather queue up for I&P property since it got better appreciation.

alam sutera is leasehold, but there was no queue, because the response was not very good
the I&P i meant was Bandar Kinrara BK5x, BK6 etc

700k is a bit overprice for now le

can settle for a middle unit + corner unit at puncak jalil for 500k.
still got 200k spare for renovation and furniture laugh.gif

when LDP was in construction? "they" said surrounding taman price will drop.
when MEX was in construction? "they" said surrounding taman price will drop.

now which taman suffers deprecation of value? u may replace MRR2 LDP MEX with any other highway stated above as well

I for one is all in for SKIP.
