Sure la suggest other place. But it's ok always got waterfish. I know some buyers getting 2+% yield on the condos.

300k is a good price even is SOVO.. u can turn into resi unit as well or rent as airbnb. even the commercial is dead but till think given 300k for this size and the location

Yes curious also, this few day there are very heavily rain, how was the flooded issues on Balcony / Corridor issues still continuing? or Settled. Last time visit, the place still empty, occupied rate not high especially the commercial lot. i think the project become failure maybe due to the entrance and location itself is overshadow by sunway city. People will more prefer the after *bridge* traffic light area, instead of before *bridge* location.
