Wau, l just found out Icon project's Master title and developer hit 45 summons from civil suit for this building.

Most banks not allow loan application for this project.

Any existing buyers here? r u suing the developer? hahahas

what ever happen to this project? Still ghost town? I drove pass the other day and looks like theres more residents now but the commercial looks dead

Another successful project by MS. Always sell everything asap. If they interested, they should hold large lots like Grocer etc.

I remember their agent trying to sell the commercial to me. Too many fake promises. Some shops were more than 5mil.

Full failure from day 1.

Basically yes, mynews at level 3 gone. Left the mamak only.... i just went there to help my client take care of their unit....
