i was at their gallery lately and went inside the SOVO mockup.
i deco is nice but when you look properly there is alot of wasted space.
the staircase takes up too much room.
upstairs too small, for a small unit having 2 baths just wasting space.

IINM there is a dual door system.
the top and bottom floors have doors on different levels, like tropics duplex style.

if you do that and filing cabinets for bottom floor, not much space left for employees.

front is the industrial zone.
behind is the kampung.
left is federal hiway and beyond that another industrial zone.
right is low income flats before terrace, semi-D and bungalows of SS3.
