Aiyo, why so much argument here... realistically speaking the area defo got potential. Just dont know what can the community do to uplift it before Onyx comes up.

In terms of occupancy, i heard it's mostly airbnb businesses. can see at night that the lights on the residential area are not constant.

I think what should happen is just to rent out low to attract tenants. after that as the market recovers owners can start to mark up.

the only this is Pyramid is down the road, Paradigm is down the road, and MidV is down the road.
