It's shop lot unit, if he have very good holding power until one day here became very ong or he is the current business owner renting there, Definately worth the installment Definately cheaper than rental haha

How many year used to construction? Idea kind of thing will be present during before the construction start and also before getting the approval. So it's concept ready new during that time. And I believe during that time the condo price (bigger residential unit) can actually buy sub sale landed at pj or Subang.

I checked back property guru, I do say if management not allowed. In reverse if management allowed. I think there are still have a flexibility to Rebate sovo stay able or not.

I dont know how the sovo door* design, if it like soho sofo was designed have firerate wooden door, corridor wide and can protect privacy, then it's sound like liveable.

But if the sovo design like office on the office tower kind building. Glasses door, less privacy, and some unit was already set up as office and people are go in and out frequently, then It not suitable to stay over night.

If management allowed its mean, during agm owners vote to allowed, and also to save the rental market?

Zoning doesn't permit residential, hence "sovo". buyers and residence live/stay at own risks.

I cursed it too every time passed by Federal Highway. I believe the failure of this project is due to this flyover causing so many people who use Federal Highway to suffer. This is called bad karma, don't even know how it got approved in the first place.
