Yes curious also, this few day there are very heavily rain, how was the flooded issues on Balcony / Corridor issues still continuing? or Settled. Last time visit, the place still empty, occupied rate not high especially the commercial lot. i think the project become failure maybe due to the entrance and location itself is overshadow by sunway city. People will more prefer the after *bridge* traffic light area, instead of before *bridge* location.

Maybe sovo type is the main reason. Only very specific target range customer. Can't stay overnight at office, so can't modified to be airbnb or residence unit for ownstay is a headache. So can someone have creative way to utilise sovo property?

 I checked back property guru, I do say if management not allowed. In reverse if management allowed. I think there are still have a flexibility to Rebate sovo stay able or not. I dont know how the sovo door* design, if it like soho sofo was designed have firerate wooden door, corridor wide and can protect privacy, then it's sound like liveable. But if the sovo design like office on the office tower kind building. Glasses door, less privacy, and some unit was already set up as office and people are go in and out frequently, then It not suitable to stay over night.
