Thats y nowadays mostly developers targeting new generation..They just need to change the layout and sell the "lifestyle".... can sell higher price... still BBB... Not many old generation can accept that.... And mostly younger buyer is pay smile.gif for Lifestyle......

Some grocery required huge size lot so can't accommodate their request

And there's retail consultant on board assist on the leasing

Develop is working hard on it to control tenant mix despite all lot are sold

But that's some keep by developer
Including the "saucer" - like UFO shape
That's name as ARC event space ...
Will plan events on that area

Developer unable to fully control
However the internal leasing team has been working on it w tenant mix plan to discuss with potential tenant and offer suitable lot to them
