Tempted to book a unit there but there is not lrt or future mrt nearby sad.gif kinda inconvenient to me if wanna stay there after 2015.

Bangsar south vs icon city, am still dilemma which 1 to go in. Can only afford 1 small unit. I like mah sing design, uoa building is kinda boring to me but location wise I think bangsar south better? hmm.gif

Rm300 per month rental u will generate RM3.6k $ month
To break even u will need to wait more than 10 years.
If im a buyer in future to buy subsale from u, there are 600k unit with 1 cp and 640k unit with 2cp, i will die die nego with u to reduce the price to mayb 620k lor laugh.gif from there u rugi 20k.
