btw dont you think this antenna thingy is some kinda marketing strategy too? they have to launch iP4 by stages and of course they wouldnt want people's mind to be drifted away from iP4 too soon wink.gif
Marketing strategy that lands oneself on the sizzling pan from lawsuits and disgruntled customers? Are you that naive? To be honest, iPhone 4 is akin to a child of the damned. What do you mean launching the iPhone 4 in stages? Does it mean the availability in other countries? Have you stake in the manufacturing, production, logistical elements in consideration?

It's a gadget which is slapped by a premium price. Like it or not, some individuals really blinded with the fact it came with a flaw. Apple's iPhone 4. An industrial designed gadget that either you glorify or vilify it.

err why is it that when one speaks of Digi, CHEAP comes into mind? You do realize Digi is slapping a 2 year contract at your face with the 3GS? with littel amount of calling minutes as opposed to Maxis? do check the package for 3GS and you'll know what im talking about.

So, in the end of the day, my worth can safely be placed in the pockets of Maxis or DiGi? Your posting very much sounded like oxymoron. As for end users, it's either gain or pain.

digi has a cheaper plan, but the strength of 3g signal is not up to par. I will still stick to maxis.

ya... its the same... but with maxis u need to worry everytime u surf net... need open close open close... scare over limit..

and u know maxis is blood sucker.... especially the internet side...

using an iphone is the point of get online all the time...

so if its 2 year or so on its ok.. unless u thinking of changing telco...

after 1 year new generation iphone come out...

if u wanna tie to new contract then this idea not for u...

i will buy without contract phone as malaysia will launch very very late.. hence this plan work out for me....

Actually maxis plan is good for those high users like people already on postpaid or prepaid monthly bill same as the plan. Those people can enjoy a new phone and package with what they existing already paying. For people like me prepaid one month around RM30 sometimes less take the plan burn a big hole in the pocket laugh.gif

any telco will charge a lot for data if u dun have a plan bro

im not going to get digi simply because miri dun have digi turbo3g yet, rumours are next month la. but so far im pretty satisfied with maxis performance in my area smile.gif i have to agree about the bloodsucking we'll-charge-u-if-u're-over-the-limit, so prepaid is the way to go! no credit no charge hehe

i'm using the same pass as you, reload once every 2 weeks = RM36/month

i only facebook, ebuddy and occasionally open a few other pages... in 2 weeks i use less than 50mb blink.gif fyi, i'm on a nokia n79.

bear in mind that the iphone might incur higher data usage due to the phone's capability to render higher quality versions of websites compared to my nokia.

if you only only facebook, upload pics (not too large) and ym, it should be more than enough. cheers! iphone 4 < 3 weeks for me!! rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

i wonder if maxis will pre-order b4 the guys in the SG thread get their sets.

i'm only waiting on maxis because of warranty and their package. my avg is rm250 a month anyhow, so might as well make use of the package.
