i got a question to ask here. i just bought my maxis set 2 days back under ivalue 1 plan...
this is my question: previously i am using rm50 monthly commitment on phone bill.. if i would like to switch back to rm50 monthly commitment and on top of that i subscribe to idata 3 plan which is rm99/month so it makes up to rm50+rm99=rm149 monthly bill.. is this possible?? is there any penalty or whatsoever?? this is still consider upgrading in plan rite coz im paying more than ivalue 1 hehehe... im thinking without the data plan iphone4 is totally not too fun to use lol...
anyone can clarify that??

Anybody having problem logging in Maxis website Customer Service? When i log in, nothing happens, already registered though.

hi i have a question here, my cousin going to sell his iphone 3GS 32GB to me @ rm1200 with 3 month warranty(he signed from maxis) i wondering if i take this second hand phone , am i still applicable for the Maxis i date plan? (the phone is purchased from Maxis, but not under my name)

and another question is, currently i m supplementary line(from my bf) family plan Rm50 plus internet service Rm58 , so my minimum bill would be RM108. if i have my own iphone, mean i will going to pay RM50 + i data RM50=RM100 minimum a month?

if i buy d 2nd iphone3GS from my cousin, i will be paying him installment for 6 month (rm200) so i wondering id this worth or i better sign up for a new iphone3GS ?? The phone is in very good condition, no scratch and never fall before, and come with a lot original case.

so confusing for those plan and rate @_@

I have a maxis iPhone 4 with 2 years contract. So my warranty will be extended to 2 years.

But I checked with the apple site the warranty only valid for 1 year.

Is it 1 year by Apple, 1 year by Maxis, and that's the reason the warranty period stated in Apple site only for 1 year?

I'm second of this, since my friend also on different carrier.

Alright it works, i was using Google Chrome all the time. I switched to Mozilla Firefox and i finally got in. Forgot that Maxis had to unblock the popups to access it.

Now I'm in, i see my Unbilled amount - RM0.00 (as of 07/10/2010)

Payment History - No payment history.

What's the problem?

yes the 1st year is from apple, n the 2nd year is from maxis themselves. that's why it doesnt show up in apple's website

only with 24 month contract plans

so far it is solved for my case, line unbarred and my bill looks normal.

But I checked with Maxis CS, they said the free minutes and sms stated in iValue plan is free to other networks too..Did you checked with them or you looked at Digi comparison?

@loonie2 its clearly stated at http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/iphone4/rates.asp that the calls n SMS rates are to all networks.

Sorry, sms & mms is to maxis only..the free local calls is to all networks...
