My weekend Dinners:

New Pao Xiang BKT located at N3 01.671 E101 37.002 same row as Maybank Puteri but at the other end. They have lotsa branches..such as Pavilion, Cheras, Puchong Jaya? & more.. Same style as the original Klang under the bridge & Mo Sang Kor ..i.e not Tlk Pulai style...Thus plain meat nia.. Not for those wanting mixed mushroom, foo chok & claypot Tlk Pulai style..

Similar to mo Sang kor, but meat not as soft as Mo Sang Kor & the soup is not as thick as Mo Sang Kor too..Soup can refill but so obvious according to workers otherwise boss angry
Dinner for 3 wth 1 vege - RM33..not cheap ..Yau choi at RM8.50 crazy...Still prefer Tlk Pulai Claypot style

Well Long time din visit Jln Gasing liao..It's indeed the best chicken rice liao..very sweet & tender pak cham & siew Kai..& nice meat ball soup (the soup also very tasty as usual.. Highly recommended but just now my dinner got kacau by a group of gangsters asking protection money from the young boss

This kesian tree once lining the 2nd main st of Puchong Utama. Very tall & shady..last month someone ( I think hired by that owner) cut all the branches..And on the same time, I saw an unker started stripping/skining the kesian tree...Not only that, he now covered the already chopped tree wth canvas....

This type of people also got Wondering whether any law in Malaysia I can refer too & report to local authority? Just like the law of Toronto:

Do try their Chicken hor fun too...As good as those in Ipoh But too bad Y'day finished liao by 7pm! I tried their hor fun at Jln Gasing dunno how good is this one...

I tried it on the first day, i.e last Monday, if talking about kampung chicken, personally I still find the Kong Sai Chai's kampung chicken is still the best in Puchong, especially their own make sauce.

I dun really like Kampung chicken..meat to hard..prefer normal chicken liao..Kong Sai everytime full of ppl.. It's nice & soft chicken too comparable to this New Ipoh-lah

Went there to check out Ipoh Chicken Rice just before lunch time, luckily not pack so just went in. Ordered chicken rice for two, bean sprout and drinks = RM26.00.
Side dishes - lala cooked with chinese wine (RM18) and thai chicken feet? (RM4) . Maybe it's just me but the taste of the bean sprout is a bit different from the one in jln gasing which i loved. The chicken rice is good but i found out now i like "chicken rice shop" better haha

That's called luxury chicken rice liao..but for the quality, once in a blue moon OK-lah....Yeah the taugeh not as sweet as the one at PJ jln Gasing..but definetly the same short Ipoh taugeh but I noticed that its not as fat as those taugeh in Ipoh

Tha t shop is the branch of the famous Jln Gasing New Ipoh Chicken Nga Choy-lah - opposite EPF wan..

Can appeal and send to nearer school at Han Ming or Sing Ming. Or send to kebangsaan school-lah..I hv no problem sending my daughter to Kebangsaan school & now she is in Std 6 Tiution chinese at tiution ctr can liao.

Anyway, If both the parent are banana, just like me & the kid since young speak in English & abit of chinese, it's better to send to SK..bcos throughtout my experience, there were cases of late switching since the children can't catch-up wth SJKC esp those bananas. I hv a forum friend did that too bcos the son can't catch-up Mandarin.

Well I'm glad I maintained her in SK and did well. Her mandarin tiution- Improved a lot but still in Std 2 haha..atleast she can speak & understand & read abit up to std 2 standard.

To fully master Chinese language, it is recommended to go the Chinese school from primary age because Chinese language needs memorization and is it not easy to learn.
Schools are under Federal Government, gather a few rejected parents and try to seek help from MCA or Gerakan service centers.
China will be the world's top economy super power by the time your daughter grown up.

Using Chinese key words in internet search engine can help you find more things or results or info in addition to English search. Especially if your are looking for China or Taiwan made products.

But if cannot & child have no interest at all..it will be double suffering for parent man...For sure I can't teach her in mandarin bcos I only know how to write my chinese name & also simple counting from 1-10 & those Elementary std 1 chinese like San Xia, Shan, San, Ma, Pa & etc ...susah lor...

So pretty depending on how the children grown up..If by 5-6 yrs old & having no interest in chinese..better don't force...Well my point of view-lah..haha

Yes send your children to chinese school if given a place, cause Chinese is sooo damn important today!

Speaking from my own experience, my whole life i studied in SRK and then SMK, even kindergarten also Tadika Perpaduan (govt kindy).. Parents didn't speak Mandarin with me at home, we speak our local dialect, but my schoolmates and i communicate in Mandarin all the time, except one or two pure bananas who dun even know how to write their own name in Chinese. Attended after school Mandarin classes provided FOC by the school (alot emphasis on hanyu pinyin and spelling test), but only one hour per day and i stopped at Form 2. Realized that i learnt how to read alot more Chinese words through interaction with friends, church (songs with chinese subtitles and hanyu pinyin, haha), watching dramas with chinese subtitles, and even karaoke.. But if you ask me to read a chinese book, i will hesitate because it's not my primary written language (although it might be my primary spoken language), reading it will need a lot of effort and it might take 3-4 times as long as someone fluent in reading chinese to finish it. But if it's a simple newspaper article, won't be a problem..

Point is, chinese school or kebangsaan school, your kids will have other sources to learn the other language from the surrounding. It depends on which one you perceive as more important and beneficial for your kid...

But pretty depend on the children liking & progress. I have seen lotsa of suffering when bananas' parents can't even teach/guide their children when the children ask some simple homeworks. Well when some of them told me..send them for tyiution OK liao...Yeah they did but still the most important they forgotten is at home. Do you speak wth your chioldren using English or Chinese?

If at home since young English & he/she shows no interest at all in Chinese, no matter how you force he/she, it will be a disaster...

So really depending on upbringing & interest. & I don't say Chinese is not important. It is important at current scenario & even Non Chinese parents also sending their children to Chinese schools.. but all depending on how well the children liking & progress towards Mandarin.

Me no handsome lah. My mandarin still not fluent. Like HK mandarin. But my daily life and work not require mandarin. Canto ok liau.

First time go out to work and suprise got so many people(All from kampung) speak mandarin. Cause I never hear mandarin among friend or in school. Even my SMK school is 99.9% chinese. All speak canto or england.

How bout the non-halal shop at Tesco there? At the back near the inside parking area. I see loads of porkies.

dun eat pork lor, replace prok to white meat like fish, chicken or vegetarian. eating red meat like prok is bad for health.....

Hi guys, last saturday i managed to trekking from wawasan trail, reached the top, there got 2 ways, one is blocked, another one comes back to the trail at wawasan back( different route). So if wanna reach waterfall have to use the blocked trail ah ? Any advise from experts here ? Tq

Just head for the East direction. Those trails not only blocked by fallen trees but the trail almost gone liao..on certaine route we need to chop & make new trail!! Not easy..something like real recce liao..Easier if go via the Saujana Puchong way & get the orang asli help For sure you will ended up in the two deep pools + the waterfall.

You go for yourself be prepared to get lost, dead end & also as the UPM guy told me..Those "thing" is hiding the waterfall from commoners view..making you round & round.
