Pegawai penyiasat ke lokasi kejadian jenayah ???

BTW not long ago at the usual car wash, the police patrol car always want to get free car wash. Once, the owner fed-up and ask for money, the policeman buat tak tau & give him a stick of cigarette to pay for the wash. Tak tau malu lah some policeman ...

Youtube video - Honda Civic in Puchong stolen.
They was there almost 20 min but nobody notice. There's even a couple show up and drive away their car parked next to them and a piza delivery boy. Long video, the car was driven away at 6:45.
Seems quite easy to steal a >RM100k car shocking.gif .

Honda immobilizer tak boleh pakai.

Just now went to the Matang Seafood Porridge opposite Puteri Mart.  Damn EXPENSIVE and NOT NICE.  They don't really give you porridge. What you get is boiled rice, still quite whole the grains, then they put it in hot water, add some seasoning and stuff, and then you pay up to RM9 for every 100 g of liu you add.  RM9 for 100g of grouper or red snapper, RM6 for squid, RM9 for prawn, etc etc.

oops, thought wanna go there today or tomorrow.
looks like i'll never go there liao...
thanks for the tips biggrin.gif

Has the treatment plant operated as normal?
Water pressure at Wawasan 1 is lower than usual, did not notice any black water , maybe was filtered out by the Malaysia Boleh rocket filter.

Today at 6.30pm going out from IOI mall, it rained heavily before this, some cars at open car park flooded. Most prob engines gone. Pity them.
Lucky i parked at B2 no issue.

The junction connecting sutramas from LDP also flooded, traffic standstill.

Seeing this, i thought wanna use the bkt jalil road then u-turn take Kasawari road back to wawasan, but that road also flash flood. Standstill.
Several suicide car masuk air lah, including a bmw 5 series & maybe Caldina.

So i took long way , kesas - usj - Puchong B.Putri just to avoid the horrible almost standstill jam & avoid any water masuk engine.

I've stayed abt 7 yrs in Puchong, this is the worst flooding(s) i have seen.
Lucky only flash flood, which come & go fast and doesn't drag for days.

Hahah..icic... but won't it be more convenient for you to do your chores if the road is linked? Just to hear your opinion..
*
Well, residential road is not designed for high traffic volume.

Everyone hates congestion, worse if inside housing areas.

Currently the situation is good enough, residents rather walk or leave their cars at the dead end to have food/banking etc.

By linking the road, it only benefits outsiders, not us residents.

New year dinner went to kimchi haru IOI boulevard, food is good, nice place & reasonable price.

Restaurants open & close around Puchong, simply too much of them.
Had many bad experience with some too.

Home of Rockybru's Ahirudin burgled
By LESTER KONG

PETALING JAYA: Burglars broke into the home of Rockybru blogger Datuk Ahirudin Attan early Friday and stole about RM150,000 worth of items. His black Peugeot 407 sedan, a wristwatch and son's toy scooter were stolen in the break-in that occurred while he, his wife, mother-in-law, three children and three nephews were sound asleep.

The Redberry Media Group advisor said his car was seen being driven out of the main gate guardhouse around 3am by security guards but was not stopped. "I think they thought it was either me or my wife driving the car. If they had looked, they would have seen that it was not us because the car's windows are not tinted," he told The Star.

Ahirudin said the police were called minutes after his mother-in-law woke up at 5am to find the front door wide open. "We had triple locks on the front door. They picked all. We also had mean-looking steel padlocks on the front door grill and gate but they picked those too," he said.

The first four-man patrol team arrived at his home before 7am to take their statements, he said. He added that nothing else was missing around the house apart from the stolen items worth about RM150,000.

The blogger popularly known as Rocky said as at 11.30am, forensic police were still scouring his four-room house in Puchong, near here, for clues to the crime. Ahiruddin said they had suggested to the Residents' Association to make it compulsory for all cars entering and exiting the housing area to be checked after midnight.

"After this, I will put in some CCTVs and alarms. Looks like the community security is not sufficient," he added.

I have alarm installed since 2006, cost abt RM1.6k then.
Now i reckon should be cheaper & higher tech.
If triggered, will call to own mobile phone(s), good enough for me.
Only problem is motion detector always give false alarm, i always skip this sensor.

As additional kiasu measure, also bought house content insurance.
Yearly pay rm100+, covers rm20k of my house items.
If kena break in, losses is minimised.
I never trust security guards, rather pay for insurance premium than monthly guard fees.

Damn, when you guys speak of home alarm, the alarm backup battery just failed.

Now gotta look for replacement battery, first time since '06. Cost >RM60 not include service charge.

Wah so cheap.

To replace the batt, need to disconnect the AC power supply or not?
Since the battery is continuously charge by AC.

Open the door alarm box and see got the ON/OFF switch or not. If have just switch it off. If no, just plug out the battery terminal one at a time. Plug out the positive and connect to new battery positive. Than another one.

I change the battery myself too. And I get the bigger amp. Now I guess more than 6yrs never show battery low.

Thanks for the tips guys.
I referred to the manual, can use battery 12V, 4 mAh or 12V, 7mAh.
So i'll search for the 7mAh one.
