hey dude, do you think we keep saying good things in this forum, then the potential buyers will buy the unit without go to view the unit by themselves?

you all keep saying the good things in forum, hide the bad things, when buyers go to view the unit, sure they will feel more disappointed.

i rather explode everything at here, then gather everyone attention then go to negotiate with developers.

who knows most the buyers just keep telling me it's ok, can accept, not need ask developer do any improvement...i wonder whether most the buyers are actually from developer side or not...

We are not against you or for you,but we appeal that we live in a real world and I am in investor as well as a resident , and I have being involved with many developers , and I am not on peter's side ,but all other purchasers of 1120PA are real what what they will end product at about 200K, and eventually selling of at a much higher price. The project is very near to completion, so what can you do really? I say if you are happy you can stay,if you are not happy you can sell and make a very decent profit !

Write in to the developer, engage with lawyer (if need), make a rally PA 1.0 or whatever you want to name it... all these can help you to divert your frustration directly to the developer and gain their attention. LYN is just a forum, Peter and its staffs are not here...

do you think request conceal pipe and some better looking rooftop is consider very high class condo requirement?

if you think you pay 200k and get something like this(expose pipes and ugly zinc rooftop), then i got nothing to say.

Hi Hellworld, if you keep condemning this PA1120, i think potential buyers will not even pay a visit to the condo. So, are you improving the situation or making it worst? Nobody ask you to lie in this forum but please do not make it worst since yourself have not physically inspected the end product and yet making so much negative comments based on your own assumption and perception which is not wise at all. The flaws delivered by the developer in the unit can be addressed and the quality might not be that bad so please do not make your conclusion too early.

No black and white saying on interior structural design.

No use if keep shouting.

You can gather people and propose to developer about this matter.

You can sell to me at developer price also. i treat you big dinner. LOL

then better ask someone don't post the picture with ugly zinc rooftop and the expose pipes picture.

Hell world fully agreed with you, but there are better ways to go about it ,however not like the way you running down and hope people will support. The google definition by crystal2 exactly describes the type of peron you are. Be real and leave your dream world,
