I happened to pass buy the taman sri manja area from the Shell statiom from old klang road, and saw these newly completed comdos, if its 1120, location really sucks, first the jam and toll, and most i important, surrounded by low cost aprtments etc, only people familiar with the area will know

This is malay area with many low cost apartment. Price appreciation will be limited.

Rachel: please do not sell your unit at 250K, do not rusk. Are you in the property market? Hold to yu or unit ,wait a while and be patient and you will be greatly rewarded. You should accept all the negative comments about 1120PA with a pinch of salt. Are you fully aware of the property market eg. Your unit should fetch nothing less than 400k for 1020 sq ft unit. Don' t RUSH.

Rm400k for 1000 sf, in such area?? If i am buyer, would rather top up a bit more and get the zest, with lrt coming up too..i guess u r a property agent?

There are lots of crooks and conmen out there. My advice is be careful all the time. Just look at the way this topic of the so called "bad area" has been brought up for discussion!

If I want, I can get a few of my collogues and start a "bad neighbourhood" discussion. But I won't do it. Cheers.

I also wish I can buy a house at mont kiara and taman desa, but I only can afford this apartment

And Indians + foreign workers. Instead of being negative I'd say plenty of room for price to go up, IF demography improves!

location wise is good la, next to highway and easy access to kl and pj..

just the surrounding not that good, got lots of industrial shoplots (car workshops mainly) and also low cost apartment, and the access a bit tricky... but thats about it...

If the future 1120PA neighborhood committee work together , I am sure things would improve. Buying this property is very good decision and also at the right timing. United we stand ,and disunited we fall. Simple as that. Good luck

Tell me,in pj area, which property u can get at 250k?!! I don dream it gonna shut up to 500k....I only thx to god tat able to own a HOME at this price...
