Yes there is no pipes exposed in kitchen and bathroom, but let's wait out for the facebook group to get a proper explanation from developer. No point ranting and raging in the forum while there's no action. I am 1 of the buyers, in case you didn't know. We are all active in facebook group.
*
I am also one of the buyer. I do have a 25 years old flat and i do not see any pipe expose in kitchen. Toilet got la. Expose pipe in kitchen is really unacceptable. Wanted to hide also dunno how. Kitchen top also dunno how to install with the pipe there. sigh... Stupid dev !!!

this is just asking price, imagine if you are buyer, will you pay 413psf to buy a so called "condo" but with all those expose pipes here and there which suppose it's low cost flat design?
i also wish this PA1120 can up to 413psf, but i think it's quite impossible.

i just checked with my banker, the park 51 sub sale units latest transaction at RM410 psf.

PA1120, no any transaction price yet in sub sale market, all are asking price only.
*
i think 350psf is more realistic.

hey dude, do you think we keep saying good things in this forum, then the potential buyers will buy the unit without go to view the unit by themselves?

you all keep saying the good things in forum, hide the bad things, when buyers go to view the unit, sure they will feel more disappointed.

i rather explode everything at here, then gather everyone attention then go to negotiate with developers.

who knows most the buyers just keep telling me it's ok, can accept, not need ask developer do any improvement...i wonder whether most the buyers are actually from developer side or not...  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

Hi Hellworld, if you keep condemning this PA1120, i think potential buyers will not even pay a visit to the condo. So, are you improving the situation or making it worst? Nobody ask you to lie in this forum but please do not make it worst since yourself have not physically inspected the end product and yet making so much negative comments based on your own assumption and perception which is not wise at all. The flaws delivered by the developer in the unit can be addressed and the quality might not be that bad so please do not make your conclusion too early.

Thank you everyone for the offering, especially Crystal2, giving a fair price in the beginning. Very generous of you. To be honest, selling at RM250K i may be making a lost or just break even only. I am not going to do that unless i have no choice. In my previous statement, i am asking 'dunno can sell at RM250K or not' and i was thinking the feedback is 'can' or 'can't' or 'maybe' only because i really not familiar with the place and not possible to stay in since i have rooted in Cheras for long time. I will surely let it go after hand over.

The leakages must be from the Developer office as it is too coincidental that suddenly so many buyers/owners got calls from realty agents who knew the personal contact number and unit(s) purchased.

I hope the Developer realises that there is the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 which comes into force in June 2012 which carries penalties ranging from a maximum jail term of one year, a RM200,000 fine or both, to a maximum jail term of three years, a RM500,000 fine or both.

The “rights” of the buyers/owners in relation to personal data processing that the developer should be mindful of including:
• Right of access to personal data;
• Right of amendments of personal data;
Right to prevent processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes; and
• Right to withdraw consent processing of personal data especially if it can cause distress or damages.

If Peters is reading this, I hope they will conduct an urgent investigation on the breach of this PDPA.

Hi Crystal, i totally agree with you. In fact the other condo of mine also selling out the name list to respective agent with the price of RM2K for a block so if 3 blocks condo then RM6K will be charged/earned. This is the easy money for developer (or the staff???).

I've been staying in Taman Sri Sentosa for 20+ years. 1120 Park avenue is a very strategic place, Close to PJ, KL, Sunway, Subang.

The only bad thing about that area is that it is near to kampung medan and Taman Sri Sentosa(yes, the place i stay). i dislike this area because of the crime rate. House robber, snatch thief, drug dealing happens everywhere here. My house kena rob before also. What to do, live in area like this. Manja court also got 1 famous chopping ppl case right?

But 1120 park avenue is a good place to stay. I mean its really a strategic place. And i saw that the apartment design pretty modern and nice too. Those who bought it earlier, congrats! i wish i have a unit there too... but too bad, haiz. Now too expensive ady.
*
How could you missed it since you are staying nearby? Or you can't decide to buy or not to buy right last time?

I remembered last time when i was driving on OKR with my wife and suddenly saw the banner 'do not need to pay anything for 4.5 years' and then we just follow the banner and drive to see what so good about PA1120 and bought one after hesitated for 2 hours.

Oh.. u r still very young. no hurry la to buy house. Save up more money first. I bet this kind of condo will not go beyond RM700K in 10 years time.
