Block B5 has reached the roof top, Block B3 has reached 17 floors and Block B1 has reached 18 floors. Block B9 is catching up fast and is now doing the form works on the 9th floor. Not too sure about the Block B7.

just speak out the truth and hopefully can gather buyers power to negotiate with developer to improve on design, but seems like most the buyers just accept all these and keep quiet and hope that the potential buyers will not see these problems, this is not going to help, we keep saying good things about this condo but other people got the right judgement, so for me, no point to hide the bad things about this condo, as the intention is to gather buyers aware on this and negotiate with developer to improve.

lie to yourself this is a nice condo, will not help on the value appreciation.

i hope so, but RM350psf, can find quite a number of better choice and better location, such as kelana jaya condo kelana puteri and putera, leasehold also, but much more better location, and at least no any weird expose pipes here and there.

so can't do anything, just keep telling ourselves this is good condo and the price will keep increasing...    

this is what i call "blind yourself"    

better than you just accept and swallow whatever developer give you    

then better ask someone don't post the picture with ugly zinc rooftop and the expose pipes picture.

where got shouting, tell the truth only, just some buyers not agree with me, they feel this is nice product and they accept it.

are you sure i am the one live in fantasy world?

i see the weakness of this condo so i speak out and hopefully can gather power to negotiate with developer.

but the truth is, you are the one who live in fantasy world and keep telling yourself everything is good and fine, and you are happy with it.
