If memory serves me right, a forumer once mentioned that Peter have 1 block per contractor ratio. So yeah it might have something to do with contractors because different contractors have different workplan and etc? I might be wrong, but I'm just speculating without any proof

Reading the article, I felt that the squatters are demanding way more than what they should. In the first place, they're just squatters. They don't pay tax, they squat on other people's land (pun intended), and now they're asking for things as if the whole world is doing something wrong towards them.

You get for what you paid. If you want high end condo, please consider looking at Icon City or Bangsar South. Good for you that you purchased Park51 and get a good deal out of it. Consider 1120 your bad part of the investment. If you felt con by this developer, there's nothing anyone else can do since you're the 1 make decision to buy this condo.

Yes there is no pipes exposed in kitchen and bathroom, but let's wait out for the facebook group to get a proper explanation from developer. No point ranting and raging in the forum while there's no action. I am 1 of the buyers, in case you didn't know. We are all active in facebook group.

hellworld is investor. He also got unit at Park51 Residency. The zinc roof and exposed pipe will make him cannot sell more than what he expected. Of course his POV would be different from genuine buyers that will stay. His POV is investor's. That's why he always compare 1120PA to P51
