While I respect your right to say anything you like regarding 1120PA on this forum, I do hope you will stop cutting your own nose to spite your face.

If you are really an investor, you would want to safeguard the value of your investment instead of repeatedly posting negative remarks. By ranting and raving about this 1120PA as being so called “condo” ... with all those exposed pipes here and there … low cost flat design, you sure have a funny way of promoting your investment.

Cheers.

just speak out the truth and hopefully can gather buyers power to negotiate with developer to improve on design, but seems like most the buyers just accept all these and keep quiet and hope that the potential buyers will not see these problems, this is not going to help, we keep saying good things about this condo but other people got the right judgement, so for me, no point to hide the bad things about this condo, as the intention is to gather buyers aware on this and negotiate with developer to improve.

lie to yourself this is a nice condo, will not help on the value appreciation. whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

i hope so, but RM350psf, can find quite a number of better choice and better location, such as kelana jaya condo kelana puteri and putera, leasehold also, but much more better location, and at least no any weird expose pipes here and there.

i don't think what i say is useless, just speak out the truth and hopefully can get all buyers support to fight for improvement, but the fact is most of the buyers chose to stay quiet and accept this lousy work from developer.

ok, you may keep telling yourself this is good condo, expose pipes is good, the zinc rooftop is good, the value can keep going up. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

you mean you support with crystal2 said, then we should just accept the lousy design by developer, and keep quiet and keep telling ourselves this is nice condo?

Quoted in bold, do you even think we'e never tried discussing among ourselves on the solution? Money is not everything, and by changing designs in the eleventh hour, it's gonna delay VP. Developer not gonna risk paying us for breach of 36-months delivery. You keep stressing about the exposed pipes, yet you've done nothing but whine in this forum. At least we had some gathering among ourselves (Facebook users) to discuss about the issues. This is what I call NATO whistling.gif whistling.gif

You're misleading others by saying quoted in bold. It is a good condo, just not a perfect 1. And yes, the price is still increasing whether you like it or not.

hellworld, mind to ask...do you ever consider to sell off your unit? Since you have a lot of dissatisfaction on the project, why not consider to release it and you will not be troubling with those exposed piping and zinc rooftop issues? I have a friend is keen to find a unit in PA (means the market of PA is still there).

P/S: Don't get me wrong, I am NOT a property agent. Just asking, no hard feel and please don't open fire if this is offending you... notworthy.gif

We bought into 1120 Park Avenue with the full knowledge of its location and overall appearance based on the mock-up model displayed at the showroom. The model looks aesthetically nice for that price and the roof top was there for all to see. Of course in our haste to grab a unit, I believe nobody actually asked the type of materials for the roof. In my opinion it is not made of zinc, more likely it is metal deck (made of steel) which is fit for purpose. But seriously does it matter what material it is made of as long as it is lasting and pleasant to look at.

As for the exposed pipes, like what Lamode said, this can be easily concealed. With the capital appreciation since launched, what is RM1 or 2 K to rectify the eyesore? Also, one of the Low Yat forummers mentioned that the developer said the exposed pipes are easier to maintain or repair if and when there is a leakage. Frankly to me the exposed pipes, although an eyesore, are not a deal breaker.

The developer never advertised the condo as high end and in fact it is listed by KPKT as medium cost. We got what we paid for. If we paid for a Proton Saga please don’t expect to get a BMW. Whatever 'hellworld' may opine, this 1120 PA is real value for money and quite nicely done too. In fact, the facade looks impressively majestic and turns out better looking than the mock-up model.

After reading so much negativity from ‘hellworld’, I also hope he or she will just sell off and move on. In my opinion, that kvetch can’t see the forest for the trees.

the zinc rooftop and expose pipes, not even can classified as medium cost apartment design, most only can found this kind of design in low cost flat.

well, the developer is very lucky because have a bunch of buyers who do not know how to fight for better outcome and just swallow whatever developer give you. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

By all means, if you're not happy just sell it off and you won't have to be so troubled by all this exposed pipes and zinc roof. Savvy?

come on guys, why you all so passive and just accept whatever developer give?

we should united and fight for better improvement, this is sure will benefit the condo value, why so passive and just say it's ok with that ugly zinc rooftop and expose pipes, and say to me something like "if you're not happy , just sell it"...why don't we fight to developer to improve on that, if success then sure can bring up value of this condo.

Dude, I fully understand your intention and hope to make the thing better for everyone's benefit, especially all buyers of PA. But I would like to say that...you are indeed using a wrong way.

This forum is mainly to discuss about the project, updates and news for buyer and non-buyer, as well as potential buyer. Your negative comments in here are not helping you to achieve your goal (gathering buyers to fight for better quality built and material), but instead giving a sense of annoying to others as you are keep on repeating the same things.

Not saying your comment is not valid, but why don't you consider to gather all buyers (who are willing to join your force in the fight) out of this thread? I do believe you want PA to be good, hoping the project can attract more buyers and tenants which may eventually jack up the rental and selling price. Isn't this all what you want it to be? But all your negative comments in here will be giving you an opposite outcome. Interested buyer will immediately step off and walk away after seeing all these negative notes.

Again, you have your right to voice out your comments, no doubt. But I do sincerely write down my view after reading your desperation. All PA buyers want the project to be good and smooth....and nothing is more important than this.

hey dude, do you think we keep saying good things in this forum, then the potential buyers will buy the unit without go to view the unit by themselves?

you all keep saying the good things in forum, hide the bad things, when buyers go to view the unit, sure they will feel more disappointed.

i rather explode everything at here, then gather everyone attention then go to negotiate with developers.

who knows most the buyers just keep telling me it's ok, can accept, not need ask developer do any improvement...i wonder whether most the buyers are actually from developer side or not... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
