I don't see you all doing anything to help improve the condition but just try to say everything is ok and can be accept. Well , go on and live in your dream world. I cannot belive you all will belive to developer that expose pipes is better than conceal pipe design because of water leaking issue. This prove that how lousy and not confident workmanship by this developer until they cannot do a proper conceal pipes work. And the funny thing is most of you can accept this kind of design.

helloworld, i can see most of your comments were negative from beginning and also kept repeating(doubt if you really have a unit here). lot of genuine buyers looking for 1120. i suggest you just sell off your unit and make a handsome profit. i bet you won't happy to stay also since you have so many complaints. take the money and go for your fancy Park 51 perhaps.

in fact, the design is not really that good. perhaps we can look for developer to negotiate on this after completion but not simply barking here and it doesn't help. if there is any changes, i think the project will be delayed. i prefer the project to be completed on time.

by the way, i can foresee lot of nice neighbours here upon completion. looking forward to see you guys soon. together we form a better community for 1120 smile.gif

I even think he is actually not owning a unit in PA, but just sour grape and keep commenting all the bad thing, hoping the price drop dramatically and then he can grab a unit...maybe?

Or...he is having some issues with the developer with unknown reason, and hence keep hammering the project with all the dirty ways he can think of?
OMG...I know I started to think far, but this is indeed possible anyway~

If hellworld did raise a lot of complaints to the developer pertaining to the exposed piping and zinc rooftop issues, but not being entertained (let's say) and hence he is here to gather more power & voice for a higher winning rate in negotiation with the developer....then I guess he must be a well-known customer of the developer. A quick check with the developer can know if such person is really exist, or all are just fake story created by him...making woohaa without really want the issues fixed. For what reason? He knows it better...

Again, not saying buyers must accept everything given by a developer happily, but the way he used is totally wrong. Poor material quality, property built and design issues should be handle with care in a smarter way, not just writing all the bad in here. It doesn't help.

hellworld, if you indeed want some improvements in your unit, please consider another way to raise your opinion and complaint. I don't see any comment from you of gathering buyers to speak to the developer. You can PM some other buyers, exchange their contact number, discuss on how to go about all the issues and go to developer office together. Make sense?

Lol we are all active in facebook group. We did indeed have discussed ways, and we do in in a civilised manner. But doubt we welcome such person as hellworld into our group. Gonna keep repeating and bashing the same thing but no action. No Action Talk Only, get it? Hope he will not be my neighbor, that'll be a nightmare if it's true.

Why didn't HELLWORLD sight the building plan before signing the S&P agreement. Now that he has signed the agreement, he is assumed to know what he is buying. It is no use shouting and screaming now.

Alrite guys.. Pls move on.. We had read all the complaint from hellworld. As the chinese saying "everyone have his own ruler in heart". We know what we buy. We know the value for the thing we purchased.
I suggest hellworld to start to invite buyer/investor to meet with peters to address your dissatisfaction at wisma peters. Those who wanna join him/her, pls go and give him/her your support. And not to forget to update us, all the so called "coward", in this forum the outcome of the meeting so that we know that you did contribute to make our future living place a better place to live with potential in appreciation in value..
To all other buyers, stop condemning hellworld.. Let it be, we just "move on"..
When we went to fight for the construction work to resume back in May, June, July last year, most of the buyer never turn up.. We continue in nego and meeting.. Until we really tell peters our concern. We even go to the ADUN office to file our concern. Yet, not many turn up.. But we continue.. Hellworld, start doing something like that..
Last but not least, let's open our arms and wait for the good news from hellworld.. Thanks in advance..

At this stage of nearly completion, there is very little all of us can do. The developer is rushing to complete the handover ,so you can make your complaints after the VP. For your information big developer e.g. Sime Darby,IOI or Setia would also we very reluctant to entertain this type of complaints,that is why all construction sites - are out of bound to the public.

That is why we cant do anything now yet some ppl cant stop complaining here.. Let him do whatever he like, we cant stop him even after so many buyers had voice out.. Let him bang his head at peters.. We are all know that we are happy on 1120 developement and ready to accept what ever it deliver.. He don want to accept the fact that all the pipe and roof, let him be la.. What we need to do during reno, mahu cover ke, mahu kasi orang nampak pipe ke? Is up to us to decide.. He don like, just sell it off.. I think there are a lot of ppl ready to buy..

Attached are photos taken this morning.

The workers have cleared the compound surrounding B1 and are building what looks like car-park bays (I stand corrected) near the perimeter fence. The covered main entrance to B1 is now being built - don't understand why they do it so late.

Aircon compressors are being installed in B5 on the balconies and also the 2nd bedroom ledges. B9 is now being painted and the green nettings are not taken down yet. B7 is still the slowest and the roof structure has not been fixed.

The B5 is the block on the left of the 1st 3 photos. All phase 2 units come with 2 aircons & shower screens but at a slightly higher price - nothing is for free.

Greetings, fellow 1120 residents and investors. Noticed that our 2 free air cond have their compressor exhausts facing each other. Meaning both located against each side of the balcony wall. Any air cond expert willing to comment on this, whether this will cause any air flow issue?
