@owikh,
Maybe ur dual rad reach thermal equilibrium. higher temp maybe is the thermal resistance or ur waterblock mountings. U can try remount ur block to check the temp again.
Cooling is about area, i think might be waterblocks reaching maximum heat transfer capability ady. although ur rad can carry huge amount of heat away, but the block arent transfer the heat to water fast enough
owikh.. what he said, i was about to say the same. equilibrium reached. Maybe ur dual rad reach thermal equilibrium. higher temp maybe is the thermal resistance or ur waterblock mountings. U can try remount ur block to check the temp again.

Same thing happened with my rig, i used to have 1x240mm... then 2x240mm... then I switched to 1x240mm + 1x120mm.. all yielding same result via the same block.

But yeah, it looks like ur 8pin is a bit short. get extender or if u like a challenge and make things look nicer, extender the wires yourself and sleeve the PSU.. and then route them like how everyone suggested... FTW!!! memang chun after that...
