u should read through previous post and google for some general questions... u can pretty much found the answers from there... 

1. U cant see the pum is good or not,unless u test running it in a loop..

2. Common tubing size that wc user use is 1/2" 3/8" 1/4" 7/16"
    but in malaysia i only see 1/2" and 3/8"..

3. If dual pum running in a same loop,the water flow will be more higher (fast),
    the water flow will still running if either pum is off..but the flow will be slow bit
    like u used a single pum..actually its depend on ur wc setup,how may wb u wan to used,
    what type of rad ect..single pum + pum top is enough already imo for regular wc setup..

There is a debate within the water cooling community about what size tubing is superior...
A 1/2" inner diameter system will offer higher possible flow rates than a 3/8" system, but higher flow isnt necessarily desirable...
As long as water is moving in the system, it will spend the same amount of time in the radiator regardless of how fast its moving..
Just make sure all the components you purchase are compatible with whatever inner-diameter tubing you choose to go with...
Tygon is the most resistant to kinks, but it is expensive..

tfc monsta u have to pm i think.. not many forumers here can afford it.. nor have the space to mount it haha (<-- main issue )

as for pump.. if u have a lot of restrictive blocks.. than a mcp355 (w/ a custom top) would be better since it has more head pressure
but if u have a loop which consist of less restrictive stuffs.. than a mcp655 would be better since it has higher flow
but u can't be wrong with either two of them .. both are very good pumps..

as for loop.. big or small depends on the components inside.. tubing itself is another issue ..

for me u dont need a monster rad
feser 360 or other 360 rad is sufficient already
for regular cpu + gpu in single loop..
so if u installing wc setup make sure
the pum is after the res means pum is pulling
the water from the res..other than that is leak
so open your eyes wide
