expensive pump like mpc655 have higher flow compare to ek 4.0..

but another important thing is head pressure.. the more pressure it has.. the easier it can push water thru the waterblocks ..
thats why u have to select what's the best pump to use among ur WC components
this is where the MCP355/DDC comes in hand.. imagine if u have 2x 480 radiators, 2x GFX waterblocks, 1x CPU Blocks, 2x Mosfets,1x NB/SB and tons of 90's rotaries(only people like vlad,DzX and owikh has this haha )..

mati lo kalau EK 4.0 nak handle smua tu

but for a simple loop.. EK 4.0 can tapau em easily

MCP655/D5 is more silent. U can hear small low frequency of vibration made by EK DCP 4.0.
Masterkleer is can kink easily, use Tygon for tight turns less kink

yes, ek dcp 4.0 is a bit loud. but inside closed case your fans would be louder. i am thinking of getting the D5 soon. tunggu duik masuk

hmm which one is louder.. the EK 4.0 or Laing DDC?? I heard DDC's make rumbling noises as well but they are hardly audible since case fans (and on radiators) make louder sounds..

ya im using ddc..no audible sound i heard..+ sponge foam = silent night

EK DCP4.0 is a decent pump... if u check the head pressure and flow rate. Its somewhere between high flow and high head pressure... not as much flow as D5 and not as big head pressure as DDC. Higher head than D5 but lower flow, lower head than DDC but higher flow.

Noise wise, I would say If u properly insulate the sound using foam, its not a big deal

DDCs and D5's have a variety of tops to increase their flow.. dual ddc's.. dual d5"s

not just for prevent unlikely audible sound..but to absorb the pump vibration also

use scythe 110cfm, sure can cover that pump noise hehe..
