it's been around 1 month since my upgrade. I think the installer also forgot he gave the modem to who.

dont forget he has a copy of the confirmation slip.mine also around 1month+ but he still remember and call me back . but very sorry to say ,i will not and i stand firm , wont return after using for 1month+..its not 1 week or 2 days later after he gav me , its almost 1-2months ....

Any people have problem to login into streamyx webmail ?

Choose option 2.Tell the operator that you subscribed unipack you want to know your netbook status.
If your order received already ask for your web order number.If your order not in,call 100 right away & ask the lazy bump TM operator to make your order right away.

After you got your order number you can track your order progress.

Your web order number should be something like SCPO1234
And the order date is the day TM sent your order to HP(You can ask hp the date also).It should be something like 11/11/2010

dude, i think u dont have to waste ur time waiting for the booth agent to call u. summore its already 3 weeks but still no telephone line been install. i recommend u..

haha.. becoz i experienced the same situation as u dude.. i made an application at the TM agent. stupidly waiting for 1 month and a half. not even a call for confirmation from the agent.

i grab a new application form, go directly to the nearest TM point. 2 days after that phone line installation, the next day GOT STREAMYX 4Mbps!!! DAMN COOL Dude!! (and damn fast too.. haha)

lol, true that. my current streamyx here took only about a week or two to get set-up. thanks for your info, i'll just go reapply on monday or wednesday.

Call TM or you see above, someone gave HP's hotline. try everything possible provided by members, some might help

i just call hp...then they said that there is no record on my streamyx number...then i call tm to place my order.. they give me this no. 1300 222 600..tm said has another company has incharge on it...damnnn....

hey..just got my 1mb streamyx today..but i do have a problem...when i first check the speed...its almost 1 plus mb speed..but after like 30 min..it drops to 512 or maybe less...then after i restart the modem..it will back to good speed..but same thing repeats again..drop to less than 512...can i know whats the problem? could it be my line?

hey guys. i am currently subscribed to the normal 1mbps streamyx. what's the most efficient method of switching over to the cool uni pack? i've seen suggestions like apply for new line then terminate or terminate current streamyx and reapply for uni pack. what do most of you do?

most probably can. get a the form and go to your school's SAD office to get the chop. in my college it's called SAD office (student affairs department).

The 1 st page exist for a reason you know...

Just say you bricked it while flashing new firmware.
AND then ask him if he can give you a new replacement unit.
That should shut him up.
