guys, i wanna ask ah

1. must our parent's salary below 5k to apply this unipack?
(because from one of the LYN topics i saw a member telling that need parent's slip to proof their earning power below 5k de?)

but one of the streamyx agent told me its for "1Malaysia" package de, for unipack only need the chop stuffs from Uni.


2. I'm kinda confused with the deposits or waived things, so actually how much i gonna pay for first month? let's say i order for 4mbps de

RM44 (divided to 50% for 1st month) + RM75 = RM119.00 isit? or more?

guys, aiyoyo today i went pandan indah to register streamyx and phoneline, so i show the phoneline form first, and the agent got problem entering the address @.@

so she gave me an order number and tell me go ask 100

so i told my sis to dial 100 and the operator says they will send people to fix the phoneline

but she didnt tell bout fixing streamyx de

then my online fren told me i m in deep sh3t now, because now i've to wait for them to fix the phone line first only i can apply for streamyx unipack?

or can i tomoro dial 100 and tell them bout the streamyx? or go pandan indah TM again?

where's your TM point location?

Mine at pandan indah (all the staffs there not even helpful , typing damn slow , very bad services)

mine she just key in my phone number, and say "the technicians must go your place and check for 2/4mbps availability"

don't worry, either u can tell the agent to cancel it or when the technician call u up for appointment just tell him u don wan already

or else call 100 through house phone and tell the operator to cancel it off

First they say my address ada masalah (even though i provided the neighbour house number)

Second, the HQ called me and they said they checked so call me go back pandan indah and refer to the agent (this only happened after 2 weeks)

the agent said the HQ dah tutup (4.30pm that time puasa period) so next Monday only submit

then i go ask next monday, she said HQ no response, so maybe after Raya only

so i called 100 again and provide the order number for HomeLine and guess what, they said "sir, the order number is not found"

i got mine figured out, just call 100 and provide the order number

if they say can't find, give them your IC number to check

mine dunno what happened the order number changed to another one, but they can check the new one through my ic
